I’m Jim Hostler, founder of the OM Spiritual Center. My work lives at the meeting point of ontology and metaphysics, where language, being, and spirit reshape what’s possible in a human life. I don’t have all the answers. What I do have is a steady way of listening, a deep respect for your inner wisdom, and a practice for turning insight into embodied change.

Before this chapter, I spent over 30 years in mortgage banking and finance, leading teams, building strategy, and learning what sustainable success actually takes. Along the way, a deeper call kept tugging. I followed it: earning a master’s degree in metaphysics, investing in rigorous ontological coach training, and spending decades in honest self-study. That journey revealed something simple and profound: life works best when head and heart are in conversation, when achievement is guided by essence.

The OM Spiritual Center exists to help close the gap between material success and spiritual fulfillment. I guide people to reconnect with who they truly are, to speak and listen from care, and to design lives that feel aligned, purposeful, and free.

How I work is relational and practical:

- We co-design the path. I don’t prescribe; we partner.

- We use language as a creative force, shifting from descriptive talk to generative action.

- We honor the sacred and the everyday: practices that fit real lives, not perfect ones.
