OM Spiritual Center Pricing Policy

OM Spiritual Center is committed to providing transformative coaching, educational programs, and spiritual services that empower individuals on their personal growth journey. Our pricing policy reflects our dedication to delivering value, fairness, and flexibility while maintaining the highest level of service.

1. Pricing Structure

1.1 Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are offered on an individual or package basis. Pricing varies based on the duration, frequency, and depth of engagement. Clients may choose from single sessions or discounted multi-session packages. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

1.2 OM Method Membership (LMS-Based Program)

The OM Method is a subscription-based learning platform. Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Members receive access to exclusive courses, teachings, and community support. Membership auto-renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle. 30-day happiness guarantee. If a member is not satisfied with the Institute, they can cancel their membership within 45 days of initial enrollment and receive a full refund of their first month's membership fee of $19.95.

1.3 Additional Services

Spiritual Release Sessions, metaphysical teachings, workshops, and other specialized services are priced individually. Fees for these services are provided upon request or published on our website. Special event pricing may apply to certain workshops, retreats, or exclusive experiences.

2. Payment Policy

Payments are processed securely via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods. Full payment is required before accessing services, courses, or memberships. Invoices and receipts are provided upon request.

3. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

OM Spiritual Center does not offer monetary refunds for any coaching, membership, or service fees. Instead, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction through the following means:

3.1 Coaching Rescheduling

If a coaching client is unable to attend a scheduled session, they may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions not rescheduled within the notice period will be forfeited. Emergencies and special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Membership Adjustments

If a member is dissatisfied with the OM Method program, they may request access to alternative courses or additional support. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

3.3 Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not satisfied with a service, we will work collaboratively to provide an alternative service or additional support. Our goal is to ensure each client experiences value and personal growth from their engagement with us.

4. Discounts & Promotions

Occasional discounts or promotional pricing may be offered. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Any special pricing or limited-time offers will be clearly communicated via our website and marketing channels.

5. Policy Acknowledgment
